The School Head teacher is supported by a dynamic team of senior leaders and staff. We strongly believe that excellent staffs are essential to delivering an excellent education. We put a lot of effort into recruiting the very best staff. We then invest heavily in their continuing professional training and development.
Our teachers are compassionate and nurturing. By developing relationships based on trust, our teachers discover the strengths and interests of each child and draw on them to advance their learning.
Our teachers are constantly looking for teachable moments and encourage children to question, hypothesize, solve problems, and express themselves creatively. Our teachers enjoy capturing each child’s accomplishments and posting them in our Parent blog as well as meeting with our parents during scheduled conference times or informally.
All of our teachers hold Teacher Permits or Advanced Degrees in Education. With a ratio of 1:6, teachers at ORSA are committed to the safety and well-being of every child.
